For a nominal fee and current health clearances/Coggins, B&B guests may bring their own horses and board them in roomy box stalls with rubber mats and pelleted bedding. Horse lodging is only for guests of the B&B. We do not provide hook-ups for trailers, nor do we offer trail rides on our horses.
Guests are required to complete and sign a liability waiver before unloading their horses.
Overnight stabling is $50 per horse per day and includes hay (grown and baled on our farm), a roomy box stall with rubber mats and pelleted bedding, a small private pasture with a white post-and-rail fence (weather permitting) and stall cleaning upon departure. If guests clean the horses’ stalls themselves, the rate drops to $40 per horse per day.
With advance notice, a trail guide for guests wishing to ride their own horses may be available at a rate of $50/hour.
"Staying at Sun and Cricket was such a great experience. Tara and John were super sweet and friendly. My boys enjoyed picking and eating apples from the apple trees, walking on the trails, and visiting the horses in the barn. The property is absolutely gorgeous and well maintained."
